“No injury is ever the same”
There will always be something different for each individual as we are all made up differently. We don’t all have the same knees, hips or ankles or the same fitness goals or partake in the same physical activities. So why should we be rehabilitated the same? Why should we be trained the same?
Specifeye Health & Wellbeing focuses on the individual and what they require. We carry out in depth assessments and screenings to find out what the best route forward is. With over 9 years of experience, our staff are knowledgeable and specific in their approach to each client. Situated 5 minutes away from Clapham Junction train station, our clinic is accessible to all. However we do also offer home visits for those who are physically unable to make it to us. Areas of expertise include, but are not exclusive to:
Here at Specifeye we believe that you are only a consultation away from realising your potential and all you need is someone who will not only tell you how to get there... but will also inspire you to get there.
Specifeye Health & Wellbeing... Inspiring change through our EYE for detail.
Inspiring change and restoring hope in people is what I live for! Being able to do that every day through my work is amazing. I have spent the last 8 years, since graduating with a degree in Sports Therapy, immersing myself in the health & fitness industry. I gained years of experience in clinical case management and consultancy, providing advice to various clients regarding the best treatment and rehabilitation programme.
As a qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist I have combined these skills to offer an in depth service when working with clients. I worked for 3 years in David Lloyd Leisure and as one of the Head Academy Therapists at Dagenham & Redbridge FC. I previously spent 2 seasons as the Head Sports Therapist for Welling United FC and currently lead the medical team at Dulwich Hamlet FC who play in the Conference National League South.
My main areas of interest are core stability & strengthening, exercise prescription and functional movement.
